1. Definitions: HG Helicopters Scotland Limited will hereafter be referred to as the “company”
2. Vouchers are valid until the end of the sixth month following the date of purchase.
3. Vouchers are non refundable.
4. Refunds will not be given if a flight is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the company’s control. Your flight will be rescheduled.
5. Voucher is valid for one person.
6. Children under thirteen years of age are not eligible to use the voucher.
7. Routes may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. The voucher holder is responsible for contacting the company to book a flight within a reasonable period before the voucher expiry date.
9. Maximum passenger weight is 15 stones / 210 lbs / 95 kgs.

2. Vouchers are valid until the end of the tour season as indicated on your voucher, normally end of September following the date of purchase.
3. Vouchers are non refundable.
4. Refunds will not be given if a flight is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the operator’s control. Your flight will be rescheduled.
5. Voucher is valid for one person sharing a flight, tour helicopters carry up to six passengers.
6. A responsible adult must accompany children under thirteen years of age; children under five years of age may not be carried.
7. Routes may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. The voucher holder is responsible for contacting the operator to book a flight within a reasonable period before the voucher expiry date.
9. Flights are based on four persons sharing. As such all bookings are provisional until four bookings are received. It is the voucher holder’s responsibility to contact the company not less than 24 hours prior to flight in order to confirm the booking.
